UTMB May Have Developed Ebola Vaccine

Scientists at UTMB may have a vaccine for Ebola; making Houston the possible innovator in treatment for the disease. I am very proud that UTMB may have found a vaccine for Ebola. The vaccine is inhalable; it is not effective as a needle injection. So far tests have only been done on primates; tests on humans will begin in a few months. The vaccine is 100% effective.

Houston is a leader in healthcare research across this country. I hope more success will come from the Texas Medical Center as we get recognized for the healthcare engine that is the Texas Medical Center.
