Houston organization has created affordable housing that is built in a whole
new light!
Avenue Place is a unique and quirky affordable housing unit
near Downtown Houston. The Avenue Community Development Organization was
founded in 1991 and has been building high quality affordable homes since their
inception. In 2011, Avenue Community Development Organization built 144
apartment units in the near Northside near Downtown Houston. Today, 95 single
family homes have been added to the development. The development is affordable
housing; however, it is all very high quality and built with unique architecture.

is Avenue Place is a beautiful secret in Houston.
